With the goal of providing multiple locations to soak in the estate’s endless hillside views, exterior work included reimagining three decks and new construction of a fourth deck, along with a new driveway. A custom zinc roof caps this exceptional renovation.
Landscaping refinements:
- New bronze and frosted glass-gated pathway
- Cantilevered concrete pathway pads ingeniously placed to look as if floating on the hillside
- Renovated entry porch and door
