Hillside ADU
Innovative new construction of a 1,200 sq ft, 2-story, hillside ADU. The desired outcome was a unique and inviting living space that fully-blended into the natural landscape.
Through skillful design and construction, an ingenious and strikingly beautiful subterranean 1st floor was intricately engineered into the hillside. The 2nd floor features expansive hillside views, glass-rail deck and an exterior spiral staircase leading to a 2nd glass-rail rooftop deck. The undulating garden features custom landscaping, seating area and firepit.
