Yes, we are able to offer Concierge services for any property owned by our valued clients, anywhere in the United States, and in some international circumstances.

With deep construction expertise, we are able to evaluate any building issue, from roof to foundation and across the entire property. Maintenance issues are handled quickly and professionally by our carefully sourced craftspeople. Services may include general construction, engineering, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, interior/exterior design, windows and doors, landscape design/maintenance, hardscape design/maintenance, tree service, pest/wildlife control, pools, spas and cabanas, docks and ramps, renovations and additions. We are also experts in delivering meticulous home inspections, which may be completed on any property owned or being considered by our clients.

For any property owned by our clients, we can coordinate the production of a variety of events, including weddings, reunions, corporate gatherings, celebrations and more. Our deep and vetted network includes event planners, caterers, decorators, photographers, videographers, security firms, valets and others, ensuring seamless and memorable gatherings. We are also able to evaluate, source and install state-of-the-art home theater systems and seasonal holiday decor anywhere on the property.

Yes, our exclusive network includes professionals who can deliver oversight and maintenance of our clients' properties during periods of business and personal travel, including pet care. These experts can also coordinate property readiness and financial transactions for short-term stays, rentals, etc.
